Agoria is a Belgian employers’ organization that connects all those inspired by technology. It is resolutely striving to be a fully data-driven organization by 2025. Digital questionnaires for Agoria services to collect data – and on the basis of which they provide advice – are an essential part of that endeavor. To professionalize all this, it came to an instructive collaboration with Pointerpro.

Seamless integration with the IT vision and architecture

Agoria’s request for proposal (RFP), that Pointerpro ended up answering successfully, was issued for a few reasons. First of all, the capabilities of the platform that Agoria used before were restricted and required costly development updates every year. An internally developed, custom-made solution would also require high investment costs. So lastly, the team analyzed what the SaaS-solutions on the market could potentially offer.

The RFP came with some stringent technical requirements, stemming from Agoria’s enterprise IT vision. For example, service employees need the ability to assign surveys or assessments to respondents from within the digital Agoria interface they’re familiar with. And they have it. Because thanks to Pointerpro’s flexible API connectivity, questionnaire respondents’ contact information remains 100% synchronized with the central Agoria database.

Is an Agoria team member building a survey or assessment in the Pointerpro tool? Then that person also simply logs in directly via his or her Agoria account. No extra log-in steps, but single sign-on (SSO).

“We were impressed with the demo Pointerpro did. It immediately showed that they not only had the technical capabilities, but also a plan of action. We really needed a partner who, beyond being flexible, could ensure an efficient implementation,” says CIO Bart Van Nynatten.”

A partner that undertakes, unburdens and gets things going

Agoria’s pilot project Pointerpro: the development of a modern and robust self-diagnostic tool for prevention advisors and company managers who are members of Agoria. One with which they map and periodically monitor the state of their well-being policy.

Pointerpro teamed up with Agoria’s experts on Wellbeing & Prevention for the development. Our professional services team also added digital coaching to the process. Agoria-CIO Bart Van Nynatten and Pointerpro’s Operations Director Michael Buchanan consciously chose to involve team members of all necessary Agoria services from the get-go. Thanks to a few classroom sessions, they too were able to get off to a flying start exploring the Pointerpro platform.

“With a project like this, it’s important to get all stakeholders on the same page from the beginning and make sure everyone speaks in the same terms. Pointerpro was very helpful in that too. In addition to the classroom sessions, they provided remote support and training to connect all the dots,” Bart Van Nynatten testifies.

A quality product that embodies Agoria’s identity

In addition, the Pointerpro team translated Agoria’s new brand guidelines into a solid design template. One in which the Agoria DNA is firmly rooted. From the logo, layout and color palette to the fonts and buttons, all surveys and assessments Agoria employees take with Pointerpro radiate Agoria genuine essence.

The self-diagnosis tool for the Wellbeing & Prevention service, soon available to all Agoria members, also meets some high quality standards that Agoria insisted on. “Wellbeing and prevention involves a lot. In total, there are no less than 300 questions involved in the self-diagnosis. A respondent is not aimlessly confronted to those”, emphasizes Bart Van Nynatten.

In fact, the diagnostic tool includes a start menu. From there, the respondent navigates to relevant question categories. Sophisticated, question and answer logic and score calculation in Pointerpro ensure that only relevant questions are addressed.

Does a respondent take the self-diagnosis again next year? Then the answers from the previous year are already filled in and he or she does not have to re-start from scratch. At the end, the self-diagnosis with action points is summarized in a personalized PDF report, also wrapped in a Agoria branded look-and-feel.

Thanks to Pointerpro’s Report Builder capability, Agoria experts can ensure that each respondent’s personal report is generated automatically. How? Based on the knowledge and advice that they attach to the feedback logic in a report template. “That automation is a very nice part of what Pointerpro has to offer.” When we deploy this or not, will depend on the nature of the questionnaire and whether or not further interpretation of responses and data is needed.” says Bart Van Nynatten. One thing is certain: With Pointerpro, Agoria has a tool that takes its (digital) consultancy to a higher level.
